AI isn't free to run. We measured a receptionist call end-to-end — phone, voice, and reasoning — at around £0.10–£0.20 each. So the AI Receptionist is a metered add-on — about 200 minutes/month(~80 calls) then a small per-minute overage — not an unlimited promise we'd quietly walk back later.
Every band — from £24 — is priced so the AI inside it, Smart Booking and your Leon brief, costs us almost nothing to run, so it stays in every band. Direct bookings — walk-ins, manual entries, your existing book — are free for life.
Card fees follow the same honest rule: our processor's real cost plus a small fixed margin — never a hidden markup, and never below what it costs us. A card from abroad costs more to process, so it costs a little more — nothing hidden. We only earn when the platform actually does the work.
